Carmen A. De Facendis

Ms. DeFacendis holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree from McMaster University and is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to joining Thompson, MacColl & Stacy LLP in 1997, she was a sole practitioner in the City of Mississauga. 

Ms. DeFacendis offers over 25 years of experience in advising, resolving, litigating and mediating complex family issues including matters involving business valuations, division of family assets and income determination for support purposes.  Over the years, her practice has expanded to include commercial and construction lien litigation. She currently holds the position of principal senior litigator at TMS and continues to practice in the areas of family, commercial and construction lien litigation.
