Jennifer M. Martini

Ms. Martini is an honours graduate of York University, receiving her Hons. B.A. in 2002.  She continued her education at the University of Windsor and graduated with her L.L.B in 2006.  Ms. Martini was called to the bar in 2007 and subsequently joined the firm that same year.  She represents a wide variety of clients ranging from large multinational corporations, financial institutions, developers and high-net worth individuals to family owned businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals purchasing their first home.  Ms. Martini’s areas of expertise are Business/Corporate & Commercial Law and Commercial & Residential Real Estate Law.  Her practice covers a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including the structuring and establishment of new businesses, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, asset and share purchases and sales, commercial leases, shareholder agreements and disputes, and various contractual arrangements.  In addition, she handles all aspects of real estate transactions including land acquisitions, disposition, development and financing of real property.  Ms. Martini is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.  Over the years she has contributed to the efforts of a number of regional and provincial electoral campaigns.
