Julia Cecchetto

Ms. Cecchetto is an associate lawyer at TMS, where she practices in the areas of Corporate & Commercial Litigation and Employment Law.  Ms. Cecchetto attended Osgoode Hall Law School, where she completed the Labour and Employment Law Program, a curricular stream designed to provide students with an advanced understanding of labour and employment law.  In law school, she was involved in moot court, winning the Arnup Cup Trial Advocacy Competition and receiving the Art and Science of Advocacy Prize. Ms. Cecchetto has provided services at several legal clinics across the Greater Toronto Area and has completed a placement at the Human Rights Legal Support Centre. Prior to law school, Ms. Cecchetto attended the University of Guelph, where she obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Sociology. She joined the firm in 2018 as an articling student and was called to the Bar in 2019.
